Landscape Architect

We are currently seeking a licensed Landscape Architect. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparation of renderings and graphics for presentations, construction drawings, and details, site and landscape design, site analysis, and due diligence.
 

What we are looking for:
 

• Licensed to practice Landscape Architecture in North Carolina (4-6 years experience)

• Familiarity with local municipalities and their development codes, including Raleigh and Durham.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and other 3D graphic programs
• Organized, self-directed with excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate well with other design teams

Landscape Designer/AutoCAD Technician

We are currently seeking a Landscape Designer or AutoCAD Technician. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparation of renderings and graphics for presentations, construction drawings, and details, assist Project Managers and Principals with the site and landscape design, site analysis, and due diligence.
 

What we are looking for:

• Minimum Bachelor in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or equivalent (Landscape Designer)
• 1-3 years experience in Land Planning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and other 3D graphic programs
• Organized, self-directed with excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate well with other design teams
