OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / BOOKKEEPER

Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative, financial, and operational tasks in a small office environment. Note this is not a remote job. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships​.

  • Maintaining company books, including but not limited to invoicing, reconciliation, AP, and AR.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

  • Support management with special projects and administrative tasks.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Experience using QuickBooks Desktop required.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred, not required).

Schedule & Benefits

  • Hours: 10-15 hours a week (note hours may increase with increased responsibility).
