OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / BOOKKEEPER
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative, financial, and operational tasks in a small office environment. Note this is not a remote job.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships​.

Maintaining company books, including but not limited to invoicing, reconciliation, AP, and AR.

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Support management with special projects and administrative tasks.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
-
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Experience using QuickBooks Desktop required.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred, not required).

Schedule & Benefits

Hours: 10-15 hours a week (note hours may increase with increased responsibility).
