Upon graduating from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in 2006, and a short stint in Pennsylvania, Pam moved to the triangle area in 2007. Pam joined Tony M Tate Landscape Architecture in 2007, working under Tony Tate for several years, until becoming Partner under the newly renamed TMTLA Associates in 2019 and President in 2021. Under her leadership TMTLA Associates became a NC WMBE Certified Woman Owned Business in 2019.

Pam has experience in all phases of design - from initial concept planning through entitlements, rezonings, and construction documentation and observation. Serving on the Durham City County Appearance Commission from 2014-2019, she helped to revive the Golden Leaf Awards, an award program for community appearance.

Pam is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and is also a LEED Accredited Professional.

She lives in Durham with her husband Andy, son George, dog Rosie (Redbone), and a few chickens.
