With a solid background in business operations, management, and client service, Paty brings over 20 years of experience from Brazil, where she led teams, developed growth strategies, and spearheaded initiatives in the beauty retail sector. Passionate about organization and efficiency, she now supports the TMTLA team with day-to-day operations and internal processes.

Outside of work, Paty enjoys spending time with her daughter, exploring local parks, and diving into a wide range of interests. Recently, she has developed a special passion for the field of technology—particularly Artificial Intelligence, which she finds truly fascinating. Paty believes in the power of kindness, lifelong learning, and never turns down a good cup of coffee.
