LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT PROJECT MANAGER
​Position Overview
We are seeking a Landscape Architect Project Manager with a passion for innovation, leadership, and design excellence. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives on guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and mentoring emerging talent.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of projects from concept to completion. Note this is a design-focused role.

Collaboration with other team members, ensuring high-quality design, documentation, and delivery.

Manage client relationships, budgets, and schedules.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, surveyors, and other consultants.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.

Support business development through proposals and presentations.
Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or comparable field.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience. Preference to applicant who has experience working with local (Triangle area of NC) municipalities.

Professional licensure (PLA) required.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of project types and scales.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office.

Excellent design, communication, and leadership skills.

Proven experience managing multi-phase projects and interdisciplinary teams.
