​Position Overview 

We are seeking a Landscape Architect Project Manager with a passion for innovation, leadership, and design excellence. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives on guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and mentoring emerging talent.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of projects from concept to completion. Note this is a design-focused role.

• Collaboration with other team members, ensuring high-quality design, documentation, and delivery.

• Manage client relationships, budgets, and schedules.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, surveyors, and other consultants.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.

• Support business development through proposals and presentations.
   

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or comparable field.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience. Preference to applicant who has experience working with local (Triangle area of NC) municipalities.

• Professional licensure (PLA) required.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of project types and scales.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office.

• Excellent design, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proven experience managing multi-phase projects and interdisciplinary teams.
